Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. The Nail Nook has a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify The Nail Nook at as soon as possible to reschedule. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. There is a 15-minute grace period for appointments. Please contact the service provider if you are running late as accommodations could be made.
